How do you let our your frustrations?

Hmmm…..instead of wondering how to let our your frustrations, maybe try looking at it with a different perspective? The base of frustration is anger and “letting it out” can actually snowball into more anger and frustration. This won’t help you to feel better. The goal is to help you to feel better. You are out of balance right now, so we need to help you get back in balance, and you will naturally feel better, regardless of your situation.

1)Recognize the things in your life you that you CAN take action on, make a goal to get there, and do one little thing every day that creates movement towards getting what you want. Even if it’s just thinking and visualizing what you want – it’s energy put in the direction of change – and it will “count” towards manifesting what you want.

2)Feel GRATITUDE for what you have. Even little things, like having a comfy bed to sleep in, or for the flowers outside, – it will help get your mind focused on what you do have – what brings you any little enjoyment – instead of what you don’t have. When you focus too much on what you don’t have, that thought energy only causes more “without” to manifest in your life. When you focus on what is good, if causes more abundance to be created for you.

3)PLAY – like a child – whatever makes you feel childlike joy – do it! For me it’s rocking out to music, or making cookies, or being silly with friends.

4)Change the words you speak – be aware of the little negative words you may say – and before you say them, try to spin them positively.

5)Take a sea salt bath – sea salt baths help to get rid of negative emotional energy in your body and spirit. So soap – just a 1/2 cup of sea salt in bath water – and dunk your head. Trust me, it works!

6)Breaking a sweat – even for 5 minutes once a day – WILL help to cleanse your body and give you energy to change your situation. Don’t discount it – it does work.

7)Get refrigerated raw flax seed oil (found in health food stores) into your diet – frustration and anger are “inflamed” states of mind, which means your body inside is probably inflamed as well. Flax seed oil gets rid of inflammation in the body, which ultimately does assist in reducing inflamed mental states.

When you do things to feel better physically and mentally, such as some of these ideas I suggest here, instead of feeling the need to “let out” frustration, you will have a clear idea of the things you CAN do to alter your situation. Mental and emotional clarity will come easier for you. And you will have the physical energy to act on some of the new ideas that will come to you.
